**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating shift **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) * Monitor designated areas via cameras and security devices, ensuring continuous identification of anomalies and suspicious behavior. * Record incidents observed during monitoring, ensuring proper dissemination of information. * Contact the security team to investigate and follow up on incidents, ensuring rapid and protocol-compliant responses. * Operate personnel access control systems, maintaining traceability and compliance of granted access permissions. * Know and operate CCTV equipment and systems—including monitors, alarms, video walls, computers, and radios—to ensure full functionality of tools. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, safety, and preservation of materials and equipment in the area, ensuring proper usage. * Provide information to supervisors upon request, supplying clear and up-to-date data. * Follow established procedures for each type of identified incident, mitigating property, physical, material, and behavioral risks that could cause losses. * Grant access to restricted areas according to defined standards, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines. * Ensure integrity and rapid recovery of video, audio, and document records related to security systems, preserving evidentiary value. * Analyze images received from monitoring systems to identify situations requiring immediate action. * Apply priority ranking based on event criticality to optimize response order. * Review the history of events sent by the monitored alarm center, verifying recurrence and consistency of notifications. * Forward incidents to the responsible department, ensuring appropriate handling within stipulated timeframes and protocols. Identify issues after reviewing external monitoring, guiding users/clients in preliminary identification and resolution of reported faults. * **Requirements:** Mandatory Completed High School education. Desirable "Technical education in Occupational Safety, Private Security, Logistics, or related fields.
