About the Opportunity We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the team at ADV Tecnologia. This is a CLT employment opportunity with a hybrid work model, based in the São Paulo region, specifically in the Jd. São Paulo neighborhood. Key Responsibilities The professional will be responsible for outbound prospecting of professionals and decision-makers in Commercial and Information Technology (IT) areas. Core activities include: 1\. Conducting initial contact with leads across multiple channels: phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. 2\. Performing strategic follow\-ups and conducting detailed opportunity qualification. 3\. Recording and updating all activities, interactions, and lead information in the company's CRM, as well as tracking individual and Pre\-Sales department performance metrics (KPIs). 4\. The BDR will not be responsible for list creation or hygiene; they will receive pre\-validated and segmented lists. Requirements and Qualifications For this position, we require a minimum of 1 (one) year of proven experience as a Pre\-Sales (Outbound) professional in the Technology sector. We seek a candidate familiar with the B2B sales cycle and prospecting methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, BANT). The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a professional who excels in oral and written communication, capable of building rapport and clearly and persuasively presenting value propositions. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Comfort working with targets and in a dynamic routine—while maintaining focus on results—as well as coachability, are also key.
