Job Summary: Professional responsible for conservation and maintenance services, performing general minor repairs in a preventive and corrective manner on facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance work on facilities. 2. Performing general repairs such as lamp replacement and leak repairs. 3. Responsible for conservation, painting, and maintenance of doors and windows. Performing conservation and maintenance services, as well as general minor repairs within the company (warehouse and office). Work is carried out in a preventive and corrective manner on facilities. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **General Repairs:** Lamp replacement, leak repairs, minor carpentry and masonry repairs. * **Conservation:** Painting, technical cleaning, and maintenance of doors and windows. * **Supervision:** Supervising third-party service providers. * Others: duties inherent to the position. Desirable certifications: NR10 and NR35. Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT). Compensation: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month.
