While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore vacancies posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicle weighing processes to control the flow of incoming and outgoing raw materials and other products, using available systems. * Perform final scale weight control, verifying deleted load/weighing records and their reasons, ensuring analyses for recording and finalization of loads/weighings. * Control and verify that all branch cargo movements occur through gate and scale, following asset security procedures and standards. * Constantly analyze scale flow to ensure efficiency in truck loading or product unloading. * Direct the issuance flow of billing and weighing documents, ensuring compliance with company weight tolerance percentages. * Guarantee physical and fiscal material registration, following the GRC receiving process flow. * Coordinate operations with Transportation (Logistics/Distribution), Sales, Administration, Production, Quality, and Warehouse departments, ensuring weighing and issuance of fiscal documents for release of raw materials and finished products. * Monitor and analyze the fulfillment of the unit's billing activities through analysis of entries, order verification, invoice issuance and process entries, release of outgoing product invoices, among others. * Analyze and perform billing of Dts, ensuring shipped volume matches billed volume, including verification of all related processes. * Be responsible for blocking unauthorized access by outsiders to process areas to prevent/intentional product contamination. * Ensure product safety by performing activities in a manner that guarantees a product free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (controlling PPROs and CCPs involved in their activities). * Pay attention to compliance with occupational safety regulations at the company, as well as execution of their activities according to established standards. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability for in-person work, Monday through Saturday, second shift (2:20 PM to 10:30 PM); * Billing, scale, and inventory control experience is a plus. **Also check out our benefits:** * Medical and dental coverage; * Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Childcare assistance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * “Count on us” Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
