Keep the bar organized, clean, and well-stocked Bar and restaurant seeks a Bartender professional in Lagoinha (Center). **Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the menu and customer orders. Create cocktails and drinks following standard recipes or suggesting new options. Attend to and advise customers on beverages and pairings. Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked with ingredients and utensils. Manage inventory of beverages, ingredients, and utensils, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Record sales and bar operations according to internal procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for integrated service. Receive payments and operate cash register systems when required. Maintain personal appearance and facility presentation according to establishment standards. Previous experience as Bartender, Mixologist, Bar Attendant, or Waiter may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
