Job mission: Support the social team in community mobilization activities, meeting organization, and preparation of technical documentation. Prepare invitations for community meetings according to client-provided templates and lists. Assist in contacting community leaders to align and confirm schedules. Support the creation of PowerPoint (PPT) presentations. Provide logistical support for field activities, including preparation of materials and activity coordination. Print, distribute, and disseminate invitations in previously defined areas. Mobilize residents to encourage participation in community meetings. Attend meetings, supporting organization, attendance tracking, technical assistance, and photographic documentation. Consolidate attendance lists and organize photographic records of completed activities. Update control spreadsheets and assist in preparing reports on implemented actions. Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for public interaction and fieldwork.
