Fini is looking for a new Attendant Salary: BRL 1,786.50 + Daily Transportation Allowance (VT) + BRL 30.50 on Sundays + BRL 38.50 and 100% overtime pay on holidays + BRL 200 assistance allowance Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM; Friday and Saturday: 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM; Sunday: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM; rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off, and Sunday work schedule follows a 2-on/1-off pattern. Job Responsibilities include: * Providing customer service, delivering personalized attention and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Supporting customers and providing information about the company’s products, demonstrating knowledge of each product’s features and benefits; * Conducting sales using effective and persuasive techniques to stimulate customer interest and close sales; * Accurately recording customer orders, ensuring correct issuance of invoices and timely delivery as agreed; * Maintaining an organized and clean workplace, ensuring an appealing point-of-sale presentation; * Participating in training sessions and workshops provided by the company to continuously improve skills and product knowledge; Requirements for the Position: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales and customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and ability to interact effectively with diverse types of customers; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales systems; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the company; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * VT (Transportation Allowance) * ASSISTANCE ALLOWANCE * VACATION * 13TH SALARY
