Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to work in the Inbound Health and Dental Traffic operation, qualifying and attending to leads generated from digital campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive and responsive lead handling via calls, messages, and audio 2. Creation of customized simulations and quotations for dental plans 3. Recording customer interactions in the system (RD STATION) Sales Assistant Position Description: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for the Inbound Health and Dental Traffic operation, managing the entire qualification and lead-handling process generated by digital campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). Responsibilities: * Proactive and responsive handling via personalized calls, messages, and audio, with detailed explanations about the plans * Creation of customized simulations using the regional accredited network, based on the client's CNPJ, ensuring clarity and confidence in decision-making * Preparation of dental plan quotations, adjusting coverage and pricing according to the applicant's profile * Maintaining records of all customer interactions in the system \- RD STATION * Participating in training sessions to enhance sales skills Requirements: * Prior sales experience is considered an advantage * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Basic computer literacy * Completed high school education
