Join us and help shape the future in a growth-oriented and successful environment! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspection and maintenance of DVRs and building cameras, ensuring recordings are available in case of any incident; * Provide low-to-medium complexity technical support to end users; * Maintain the Group CEV’s technological equipment; * Assist in protecting company data by performing backups and installing antivirus software, as requested by departments; * Monitor and manage the unit’s internet bandwidth usage; * Assist management and coordination in planning the adoption of new technological tools that may improve Group CEV’s operational efficiency; * Receive and qualify service requests according to team availability; * Support teachers and unit staff in using the company’s technological equipment; * Assist in updating and improving systems used by Group CEV, whenever necessary; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * One (1) year of experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of Information Technology; * Knowledge of networks and servers; * Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Commitment; * Proactivity; * Courtesy; * Interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
