




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring balance between demand and capacity (S&OP) and supply to the distribution network (DRP), guaranteeing service levels and loss control. Opportunity in food distribution or retail companies **Mission** Ensure balance between demand and capacity (S\&OP) and proper supply to the distribution network (DRP), guaranteeing service levels, healthy inventory turnover, reduction of stockouts, and control of losses/obsolescence through planning routines, analyses, and process governance. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\.** DRP and distribution network replenishment * Operate DRP to define: replenishment needs, frequency, reorder point, safety stock, and lot sizes per unit. * Execute transfers between DCs/branches (e.g., CE ↔ BA) and redistributions to reduce: stockouts, excess inventory, expirations, and losses. * Configure and review item-level policies (ABC/XYZ, criticality, perishability): fast-moving items, slow-moving items, seasonal items, sensitive items. * Monitor execution and adherence to the plan (OTIF, cuts, delays, discrepancies) and feed back into the model. **2\.** Inventory and performance management (KPIs) * Monitor and act upon indicators such as: Fill rate/service level, stockouts, coverage (days), turnover, forecast accuracy (MAPE/WAPE), Obsolete inventory, losses due to expiration/damage, inventory carrying cost. **3\.** Item master data, data management, and planning governance * Maintain item (SKU) master data with updated planning parameters: lead times (supplier, production, transportation), shelf lives, constraints, seasonality. * Ensure data quality (sales history, inventory, capacity, costs) and system integrity (ERP, WMS, BI). * Document S\&OP/DRP processes, procedures, and business rules. **4\.** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, comply with policies, standards, and procedures of the Quality Management System, and observe Occupational Health, Safety, and Medicine standards in all processes and activities under one's responsibility; **5\.** Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of S\&OP, DRP, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas) and BI (Power BI). * Experience with ERP (TOTVS). * Analytical ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose data-driven solutions. * Knowledge of statistics (moving averages, regression, seasonality) for forecasting models. **Attitudes:** * Proactivity and systemic vision to anticipate problems and connect departments. * Clear communication and influence capability to align stakeholders. * Resilience to handle pressure, uncertainties, and last-minute changes. * Organization and discipline to follow routines and meet deadlines. * Critical thinking to question data, processes, and results. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Legumes) or perishables (shelf-life management, losses, strong seasonality). * Knowledge of distribution logistics (refrigerated transport, cross-docking, multiple branches). * Experience in food distribution, wholesale, or retail companies. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Service Level (Fill Rate) * Stockout Rate – Weekly & Monthly * Forecast Accuracy (MAPE/WAPE) * Inventory Turnover * Obsolete Inventory/Losses * Inventory Coverage (Days) Within Ideal Range by Category – Weekly * OTIF (On-Time In-Full) for Transfers * S&OP Plan Adherence Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$3.161,98 per month Education: * Currently enrolled in or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in planning (DRP required) * Experience with perishables (FLV, dairy, meat) (Mandatory) * Knowledge of distribution logistics (Mandatory) * Experience in food distribution, wholesale, or retail (Mandatory)
