Organization of celebratory events for the team Diamante Tintas \| Campinas \- SP \| On-site Job Description * We seek a professional to handle recruitment processes for all company positions, responsible for job posting and dissemination, selection process, hiring, onboarding, and follow-up of new employees during their probationary period; Responsibilities and Duties * Job posting and dissemination; * Candidate recruitment and selection; * Candidate interviews; * Hiring process; * Onboarding process; * Follow-up of new employees during their probationary period; * Uniforms/PPE control; * Organization of celebratory events; Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred * 100% ON-SITE position * Work location: Campinas/Centro * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays (alternating), 8 AM to 12 PM; Salary Range To be discussed Employment Type CLT Benefits * Access to TotalPass & SESC; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Co-payment Medical Plan (employee cost) About the Company Founded in 1967 in Campinas, Diamante Tintas is a company specialized in retail trade of paints, accessories, and complementary products for real estate painting (civil construction), automotive touch-up painting, fleet painting, industrial painting, screen printing, and the full visual communication product line.
