Join us and become part of a team that values professionalism and teamwork. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Check cold room conditions, including functionality, temperature, physical space control, product characteristics, expiration dates, and external appearance to ensure merchandise quality and prevent losses; * Manage merchandise distribution and stock to avoid shelf stockouts (shortages) and maintain sector organization and hygiene; * Arrange returns with suppliers and review actual loss reports to reduce the loss rate; * Monitor stock and rotating inventory reports to identify discrepancies between physical and accounting stock; * Ensure organized stock and verify empty storage cells to coordinate new merchandise intake; * Supervise the work team, resolve questions, convey information, and manage staffing schedules to ensure smooth start-of-shift operations; * Apply best practices in operational processes to reduce costs, expenses, losses, and breakages, pursuing continuous process improvement while actively engaging the work team. **Interested?!
