At **LM 2 Rodas**, we work with enthusiasm, inspiring the passion to be and belong—because here, everyone is essential and can make a difference. **Job Responsibilities** * Execute inbound/outbound actions and manage posting schedules. * Create and review texts, briefings, and copy. * Handle and supervise customer service (SAC), messages, e\-mails, and Reclame Aqui. * Support warranty-related processes and relationship management with influencers/partners. * Prepare budgets, conduct negotiations, and place purchase orders in Protheus. * Support planning, execution, and coverage of events and trade actions. * Participate in content creation and branding alignment. * Update tasks in the Actio platform and use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desirable Skills** * Social media management (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads). * Strong writing skills for institutional and commercial content. * Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator). * Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). * Storytelling ability. **Still unsure whether LM is a great place to work?
