Procurement Assistant

Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive assistance in procurement management, from supplier research to delivery tracking and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in procurement and supply management 2. Provide administrative support across various departments 3. Organize and control inventory Assist in purchasing raw materials, supplies, equipment, and other materials according to purchase requests and internal procedures; Assist in researching the supplier market for products and services by collecting price information to identify optimal purchasing opportunities; Assist in issuing purchase orders and forwarding them to suppliers, while tracking delivery progress and ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms; Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses, storerooms, and depots; Assist in distributing products and materials to respective departments and construction sites; Assist in entering invoices into the system and forwarding them to the accounting department; Organize departmental files; Assist in verifying and counting materials, supplies, and raw materials, and submit purchase requisitions for items missing from inventory; Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service, process rigor, and integrity of delivered services; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — from 08:12 to 18:00, with a 1-hour break **100% On-site** **Benefits:** VR BRL 25.00 per day, VT + CB BRL 200.00 per month.
