This position is ideal for communicative, organized, and persuasive individuals who enjoy consultative client service, easily build client rapport, and conduct outcome-focused conversations. Main Responsibilities * Lead engagement via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person; * Initial contact qualification and understanding of client needs; * Consultative presentation of the firm’s services; * Follow-up with interested clients; * Support in commercial negotiation and contract closing; * Document organization for formalization; * CRM updates and sales pipeline management; * Monitoring of sales targets and performance indicators. Desired Profile * Experience in commercial customer service, SDR, inside sales, or contract closing; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial, persuasive, and goal-oriented profile; * Strong negotiation ability; * Organized and prompt in responding to leads; * Proficiency with WhatsApp and CRM tools; * Prior experience in a law firm is a plus.
