This role is essential in sustaining the acquisition workflow, contributing to operational efficiency and strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments. **Main Responsibilities:** Support the procurement analyst throughout all stages of outsourced service and maintenance procurement; Register and maintain updated supplier data, contracts, and purchase orders in the ERP system; Request and organize quotations, proposals, and technical and fiscal documentation; Monitor internal approvals and ensure compliance with established workflows; Issue purchase orders and ensure proper document formalization (proposals, e\-mails, approvals, etc.); Monitor service delivery deadlines and maintenance status with suppliers; Assist in invoice verification and support receiving and payment routines; Maintain clear and collaborative communication with internal departments, contributing to smooth procurement processes. **Requirements and qualifications** Higher education in progress in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields **Additional information** At Mills, we offer you: Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Food allowance; Mobility assistance or transportation voucher; Life insurance.
