We currently have an opportunity for an Apprentice Youth, aimed at young people wishing to begin their professional journey at a solid, ethical, and well-structured company. **Responsibilities** Assist in controlling proposals and support the preparation of sales reports (completed, closed, and canceled); Provide post-sales support by supplying information regarding proposals, deadlines, and deliveries; Support Commercial Representatives in tracking orders and updating information in systems and spreadsheets; Assist in controlling material inventory and submitting requests via internal platforms; Support the organization of documents, reports, and commercial area indicators; Provide internal support to employees, directing inquiries and assisting with simple HR routines; Assist in attendance control, organizing certificates, and updating spreadsheets; Assist in receiving candidates and scheduling interviews and admission exams; Perform other support activities as directed by the administrative team. **Requirements** * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed high school or currently enrolled in higher education (administrative or related fields); * No prior experience as an Apprentice Youth; * Responsible, organized profile with a strong interest in learning.
