




Job Summary: This Apprentice role involves scheduling and managing appointments, monitoring therapeutic groups, financial recordkeeping, document control, and providing humane and solution-oriented reception for beneficiaries. Work in compliance with occupational safety and occupational medicine regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 150 hours **Level:** Apprentice **Employment Type:** Temporary * Scheduling beneficiaries; Managing appointments for the multidisciplinary team; * Monitoring/oversight of therapeutic groups; Entering/monitoring financial spreadsheets; Controlling medical staff room documents, restocking; receiving and welcoming beneficiaries scheduled for consultations with the multidisciplinary team in a humane and solution-oriented manner; entering WAC Unimed and São Domingos lab test results; * Managing medical appointment/return appointment schedules; contacting patients to confirm scheduled appointments with the multidisciplinary team. * Requesting authorization for exchange patients; * Performing other related tasks as required by the company or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; working in compliance with occupational safety and occupational medicine regulations, and contributing to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
