Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support departmental administrative routines; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Assist in completing spreadsheets and internal controls; * Answer telephone calls and route requests to responsible personnel; * Provide support in internal and external public service; * Assist in verifying and entering information into systems; * Support the preparation and organization of simple reports; * Control the entry and exit of documents and correspondence; * Comply with internal regulations, administrative procedures, and departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school: completed or currently pursuing; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Information** * 3 openings: * 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM — Monday to Friday; * 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM — Monday to Friday; * 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM — Monday to Friday.
