We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Support active and passive telephone customer service for the reseller client portfolio, including recording orders and other types of requests. Support the sales team in entering orders into the system. Request documents from resellers and maintain the documentation folder for all resellers in the database. Support handling incidents recorded in the CRM system of the department.
