**Android Specialist Developer** We are looking for an **Android Specialist Developer** to drive people and businesses forward through innovation—with attitude, leadership, and a focus on getting things done. **Your impact in this role:** * Provide individual technical mentoring and deliver continuous feedback to support the technical career development of team members; * Lead the team in technical solution refinements to ensure the Fusion Team has clarity on technical direction; * Coordinate work-in-progress items within the tactical workflow; * Prepare new work items together with the Product Owner (PO) to replenish the tactical workflow, balancing technical and business needs; * Engage in the upstream flow of initiatives, ensuring implementation of solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements while aligning technical decisions with business impact and value; * Participate daily in the operational workflow, enabling the team to resolve technical impediments and align dependencies; * Actively participate in and contribute to the Tech Leads Chapter; * Analyze product technical health indicators (technical debt, quality, and observability); * Design low-level solutions (C3 and C4 diagrams), aligned with technical direction, and contribute to high-level solution design (C1 and C2 diagrams), respecting scope boundaries with the architect; * Ensure solution development adheres to architectural standards and references; * Promote and institutionalize code review practices across the technical team; * Identify and mitigate technical risks during development; * Plan deliveries and deploy packages/products into production environments, following change management processes; * Serve as the focal point for technical communication dissemination to the Fusion Team; * Guide and support the team in root cause analysis of critical incidents and problems; * Foster a culture of quality by promoting practices aligned with organizational drivers. ✅ **Essential Requirements:** * Proficiency in developing scalable, maintainable, high-performance, and secure solutions; * Ability to design technical solutions at multiple abstraction levels (C3 to C4), considering functional and non-functional requirements; * Consistent application of software engineering best practices—including Clean Code, Design Patterns, code reviews, and organizational standards; * Experience building and consuming APIs, adhering to best practices for versioning, documentation, authentication, and decoupling; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational database modeling and integration; * Familiarity with containerization concepts and cloud-native application development; * Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), including automated pipeline construction and deployment strategies; * Use of tools and techniques for code quality analysis, automated testing, and application telemetry (logs, metrics, tracing); * Understanding of change management and deployment processes with emphasis on stability and reliability; * Experience operating within tactical and operational workflows, leveraging metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement; * Ability to collaborate with POs and stakeholders to prioritize technical and functional demands, balancing value and solution sustainability; * Conduct technical root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement structural solutions. **Benefits:** Remote work allowance Flash Card Access to South Academy courses and certifications Financial education program **About South:** You’ll join a collaborative team that values autonomy and continuous improvement—working on projects with real business impact, where turning ideas into deliverables is part of everyday life.
