This opportunity is for you **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct interviews with different client departments to understand the day-to-day operations; * Collect, interpret, and transform information into process flows, identifying bottlenecks, improvements, and opportunities; * Develop solutions based on critical analysis and propose more efficient paths for the business; * Conduct in-person visits and meetings with clients. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Strong logical reasoning; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; * Residency in the São Paulo Capital region; * Familiarity with the Bizagi system. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of technology; * Experience in process mapping and BPMN notation. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS (most important to us!):** * Confidence and excellent verbal communication; * Active listening (including what is left unsaid!); * Genuine curiosity and critical thinking; * Organizational and self-management skills; * Proactivity, autonomy, and discipline; * Systemic perspective and empathy; * Ability to handle unexpected situations and dynamic environments; * Maturity to handle confidential information. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** * Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Morumbi, São Paulo/SP; * 100% on-site, CLT employment.
