DIGITAL PERFORMANCE AND CRM ANALYST
Maria Pia Casa — Jardim América, São Paulo/SP
About Maria Pia Casa
Maria Pia Casa is part of a group with nearly 60 years of experience in the luxury home and decoration segment. E-commerce generating approximately R$20 million/year in revenue. Paid media investment of approximately R$180,000/month across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Operations currently managed by an external agency with internal co-management. We are implementing CRM (RD Station), migrating our e-commerce platform, and restructuring our entire digital operation.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as the performance intelligence layer of the operation—sitting between strategy (defined by the Head) and execution (carried out by the agency and internal team)—ensuring data becomes decisions and decisions become results.
Concretely: co-management of the paid media agency (Google Ads + Meta Ads). Participation in weekly meetings with structured agendas, campaign-level performance analysis, demanding optimizations, and validation of reports. CRM (RD Station) operations: database segmentation, building lifecycle automations (abandoned cart, after-sale, win-back, reactivation), customer cohort analysis. Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. Building and maintaining weekly dashboards. Conversion funnel analysis. Channel attribution. CRO: identifying site conversion opportunities, proposing and monitoring tests. Data integration: connecting CRM with Meta Ads (Custom Audiences, Value-Based Lookalikes) and Google Ads (Customer Match) for qualified audiences.
What We Expect From You
Strong analytical ability. You’ll analyze CPAs, ROAS, funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and attribution. You must be someone who thinks in numbers and translates numbers into action.
Technical proficiency with media platforms. You don’t need to execute campaigns daily (the agency handles that), but you must understand them well enough to question, validate, and propose improvements. If CPA rises by 40% and the agency says “it’s seasonal,” you must know whether that’s true—or just an excuse.
Business acumen. Digital performance isn’t about clicks—it’s about revenue. You must connect campaign outcomes to cash flow.
Progressive autonomy. Within 6–12 months, you’re expected to fully own the paid media and CRM operations. This opens real potential to internalize these functions—and grow your role accordingly.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital performance.
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube).
Proficiency in Meta Ads (campaign structure, audiences, creatives, attribution).
Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with at least one CRM or marketing automation platform (RD Station, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
E-commerce experience (not just lead generation).
Availability for 100% in-person work at Av. Brasil, Jardim América, São Paulo.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours.
Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory)
Experience with Meta’s Conversions API and Google’s Enhanced Conversions.
Experience with server-side tracking.
Experience with RFV/RFM segmentation.
Proficiency in Looker Studio.
Experience in the decoration, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
Compensation
R$4,500/month — CLT.
Benefits: transportation allowance.
Why This Role Is Interesting
First: You’ll manage a R$180K/month paid media operation with direct access to the Head and strategic decision-making. This isn’t a role where you work in isolation producing unread reports—you actively shape decisions.
Second: The operation is being rebuilt—new website, new CRM, new customer service platform, new sales representatives, new strategy. Those joining now help build it from the ground up.
Third: Internalization is a realistic prospect. If you demonstrate autonomous capability in managing paid media and CRM, dependence on external agencies decreases—and your role expands proportionally.
How to Apply
Submit your resume. To stand out, include a brief summary (5–10 lines) of a paid media or CRM optimization you executed that delivered measurable results—what the situation was, what you did, and the outcome.
Compensation: R$4,450.00 – R$4,500.00 per month
Benefits:
* Transportation allowance
