Organizing and controlling after-sales demands **Job Description:** The After-Sales and Warranty Assistant will be responsible for screening products returned by customers, evaluating their condition, and correctly routing each item. They will also handle the process of sending these products for warranty service with suppliers or technical support centers, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring organized and controlled demand management. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficient use of the Portuguese language; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, B2W, Magalu, and Shopee); * Prior experience in customer service or after-sales roles. **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** Itu **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: R$2,107.00 + Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher = R$170.00 + On-site meal benefit, Life Insurance **After 3 months of experience:** Meal allowance of R$225.00 Health insurance plan with Unimed.
