Job Summary:
Professional to provide administrative support to the executive board, performing administrative tasks, controls, and report preparation.

* Provide support to the administrative executive board;
* Perform administrative activities across various departments of the institution, preparing charts, maps, and reports;
* Various controls and records;
* Draft internal communications regarding routine matters; provide information to various departments.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide support to the administrative executive board;
* Monitor and consolidate administrative indicators and report to the immediate manager;
* Monitor mandatory documents and periodically request them from departments;
* Register purchase requests and invoices in the TASY and Fluig systems, monitoring deadlines and due dates;
* Forward documents for managers' signatures;
* Consolidate, control, and record various items as required by external agencies;
* Organize and maintain department-related files and folders, including classification, labeling, and storage;
* Review, process, and/or instruct procedures related to the employee's work unit, arranging for their forwarding;
* Monitor the progress of official correspondence or procedures related to the employee's work unit, maintaining internal and external contacts, clarifying doubts, and taking action to meet service needs;
* Manage the schedules of immediate managers, answer telephone calls, reschedule meetings, coordinate events related to the area of operation, and register issued and received documents;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Postgraduate studies in Business Administration (in progress) preferred;
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Prior experience in the field is desirable;
**Additional Information**
Availability to work in the capital city, with necessary travel to the organization's units.
Work Location: Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio.
Salary Range: R$6,000.00

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**AME Mogi**
AME Mogi das Cruzes, or Mogi das Cruzes Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic, was established due to the need to expand medium-complexity health services within the Unified Health System (SUS) in the Alto Tietê region, pursuant to Decree No. 56,979 of May 9, 2011, issued by the Government of the State of São Paulo.
It was inaugurated on March 30, 2012, managed by OSS\-SPDM\- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine, under the Management Contract signed on September 30, 2011, with the São Paulo State Department of Health.
**Outpatient Clinic**
Mogi das Cruzes Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic serves as a reference center for the Alto Tietê region, which has a population of 2.5 million people, of whom 70% (1.7 million) rely on SUS. The region comprises 11 municipalities: Arujá, Biritiba Mirim, Ferraz de Vasconcelos, Guararema, Guarulhos, Itaquaquecetuba, Mogi das Cruzes, Poá, Salesópolis, Santa Isabel, and Suzano.
With a built area of 2,550 m² distributed over two floors, it features medical consultation rooms, a room for minor procedures, a recovery room, dressing rooms, and examination rooms.
Since its inauguration, the MEDICAL SPECIALTY OUTPATIENT CLINIC – AME MOGI DAS CRUZES has pursued excellence in public health services, acting with commitment to social responsibility, transparency, and efficiency in outpatient management.
Care is delivered by a qualified multidisciplinary team aiming to provide patients with the best possible care, delivering services with humanization.
Outpatient services are intended for internal demand and users referred by Primary Health Care Units. Spontaneous or emergency demand is not accepted.
