Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for client service and communication, administrative support, meeting coordination, document and process control, and cross-functional collaboration across various office areas. Support in financial, asset, and event control activities. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Answer and make calls of various types, maintaining efficient communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Assist in drafting memoranda, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents relevant to the department. Provide support in organizing meetings, including logistics and follow-up on related tasks. Maintain updated administrative records and conduct follow-up on departmental activities. Contribute to overall office organization, including document classification and archiving. Request and manage purchases of office supplies, cleaning materials, promotional items, and other necessary goods. Suggest process improvements and support the implementation of standards and work instructions. Collaborate in preparing reports, charts, and analyses, monitoring budgets, expenses, service contracts, and payments. Control fixed and occasional expenses, ensuring proper recording and compliance with internal procedures. Support inventory control, building maintenance, and departmental asset administration. Draft service agreements and monitor related payments, including bank slips and reimbursements. Manage telephone extension lists, sold vehicle fleets, airline tickets, and issuance of fixed-asset transfer invoices. Assist in planning and executing departmental events, programs, and activities. Receive and distribute internal and external mail. Work cross-functionally across multiple departments to enhance departmental performance. **Requirements:** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Law or Business Administration.
