**Position: Accounting Assistant II** * Salary: R$2\.400,00 * Benefits: Attendance bonus R$500,00 \+ Meal voucher R$31,00 \+ Transportation voucher \+ Departmental performance bonuses up to R$500,00 \+ Remote work allowance R$90,30 \+ Life insurance * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Work model: CLT \- hybrid, 3 days remote and 2 days onsite at Rua Barão de Jundiaí, 523, Lapa, São Paulo/SP. **Main Responsibilities** * Requesting and tracking monthly client documentation; * Preparing and sending the monthly Carnê\-Leão; * Issuing ISS tax forms and coordinating with municipal authorities; * Issuing GPS forms for notaries; * Performing monthly routines for leasing companies, including: * Issuing DAS for Simples Nacional and MEI; * Submitting the Monthly Simples Nacional Declaration; * Issuing invoices and receipts; * Calculating and issuing monthly tax liabilities for companies under the Presumed Profit regime; * Monthly submission of ancillary obligations REINF and DCTFWeb; * Responding to requests from clients assigned to your portfolio; * Maintaining contact with clients for alignment, follow-up on pending items, and issue resolution related to departmental activities. **Desired Qualifications** * Education and experience in accounting/taxation; * Knowledge of notary office routines is a plus; * Familiarity with Simples Nacional, Carnê\-Leão, ISS, and ancillary obligations; **Desired Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Responsibility regarding deadlines; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Submit your resume also via our website https://hubdosrestaurantes.com.br/vagas** Compensation: R$2\.400,00 per month Selection question(s): * Do you have convenient access to the office address? * Do you have experience working in an accounting firm? * Are you familiar with the Domínio system?
