Use of computerized concierge systems São Paulo \- SP \- Vila Sonia Region On-site R$ 2\.031,57 (Gross Monthly) 12x36 Shift Schedule Working Hours: 06:00 to 18:00 Permanent – CLT Operational Full-time Main Responsibilities: \- Control entry and exit of vehicles and people \- Monitor electronic security systems. \- Register entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. \- Answer telephones and intercoms. \- Serve and provide information to internal and external visitors. \- Receive packages and correspondence. \- Authorize and monitor access of people and vehicles. \- Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. \- Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. \- Operate computerized concierge systems using appropriate software and tools; \- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and suppliers; \- Demonstrate commitment to condominium-established rules and procedures.
