About the Position: We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer with strong expertise in Python and in-depth knowledge of AI. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with Artificial Intelligence technologies on projects across various contexts, from conception through to implementation. In addition to development responsibilities, the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences will be essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: * AI Solution Development: Designing and building AI solutions using generative AI, with a focus on automation and process improvement; when required, designing, developing, and implementing machine learning, deep learning, and other AI algorithms and models using Python. * Full Lifecycle Management of AI Applications and Tools: Development, Deployment, Testing / Validation, Publishing, and Maintenance. * Requirements and Stakeholder Management: Leading meetings with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for AI projects. * Communication and Presentations: Clearly and persuasively presenting results, project progress, and technical insights to varied audiences—from technical teams to executive leadership. * Cloud Ecosystem: Leveraging Microsoft Azure services to build, train, and deploy scalable AI solutions. * Quality and Best Practices: Ensuring code quality, model performance, and technical documentation of projects, adhering to software development best practices and MLOps principles. Essential Requirements: * Proven AI Experience: Professional with proven experience delivering AI solutions and knowledge of RAG, MCP, and Python frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno AI). * API Experience: REST APIs, SOAP WebServices, FastAPI. * Senior Python Experience: Extensive experience developing robust Python-based solutions, especially with data- and AI-focused libraries. * Data Manipulation: Demonstrated proficiency across the entire data analysis pipeline—from collection and cleaning to visualization (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, and others)—and handling unstructured data (text, audio, images). * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and effectively present projects. * Requirements Elicitation: Practical experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements with business units. * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Desirable Qualifications (Non-Mandatory): * Advanced Data Analysis: Performing exploratory analysis, preprocessing, and feature extraction from large-scale datasets to generate insights and support AI solutions. * Microsoft Azure: Solid experience with Azure AI and data services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services). * Google BigQuery: Knowledge of manipulating and querying large volumes of data using Google BigQuery. * MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps practices, including pipeline automation, model monitoring, and versioning of code and data. * Data Science Experience: Familiarity with Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Work Model: * Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2 days per week at our office located at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, São Paulo – SP.
