We are looking for a **Release Manager** to structure and elevate the engineering maturity of our versioning process, branch control, and release governance. Currently, we operate in an environment featuring a **.NET Full Framework monolith, SQL Server, and Azure**, undergoing architectural modernization. We need someone who can bring organization, predictability, and risk reduction to our deliveries. Responsibilities and Duties: * Structure and govern the **branching strategy** (controlled Trunk\-Based Development) * Implement and maintain **Semantic Versioning (SemVer)** * Organize and evolve **CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps** * Ensure traceability among Work Items, PRs, and published versions * Structure release calendars, freeze periods, and technical checklists * Implement deployment governance and a formal rollback plan * Monitor metrics such as Deployment Frequency, MTTR, and Change Failure Rate Requirements and Qualifications: * Experience as a **Release Manager, DevOps engineer, or similar role** * Strong hands\-on experience with **branching strategies, versioning, and CI/CD** * Experience with **Azure DevOps** * Knowledge of **.NET and SQL Server** environments * Structured, organized profile with strong focus on risk reduction
