Customer portfolio retention and sales growth We are seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** with a communicative, dynamic, and results-oriented profile. The professional will be responsible for **serving active customers**, **prospecting new business**, **conducting commercial negotiations**, and **providing post-sales support**, contributing to portfolio growth and retention. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide telephone and WhatsApp support to active customers; * Prospect new customers (laboratories, clinics, and hospitals); * Register new CNPJs and reactivate inactive customers; * Present the product portfolio and technical/commercial differentiators; * Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales in accordance with company policies; * Track orders and provide post-sales support; * Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to foster retention and increase sales. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred); * **Experience:** Prior sales experience required, preferably within the healthcare sector or laboratory products; * **Behavioral Profile:** Strong communication skills, proactivity, results orientation, and negotiation ability. **Location:** São José do Rio Preto – SP **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT **Salary:** R$ 2.150,00 **Benefits:** Cost-of-living allowance of R$ 250.00 + performance-based bonuses + commission for new CNPJ registrations and reactivation of inactive customers **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (no work on Saturdays) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) : R$ 250.00 cost-of-living allowance, quota achievement bonus, commission for new
