As a **Supply Chain Analyst** on our Distribution team, you will strategically and autonomously manage inbound logistics and inventory, ensuring high stock accuracy, operational excellence with logistics providers, and mitigation of operational risks — directly contributing to Supply Chain performance, revenue recognition, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor sales shipments, ensuring achievement of revenue recognition targets and departmental KPIs.
* Exercise governance over Logistics Providers and BPOs, managing performance, contractual compliance, SLAs, and action plans.
* Lead analysis and resolution of complex inconsistencies, critical discrepancies, and shipment shortages, proactively mitigating recurrence.
* Coordinate and validate inventory adjustments, ensuring compliance, traceability, and alignment between physical stock and systems (SAP).
* Plan and supervise cyclic counting strategy, analyzing root causes and proposing structural improvements.
* Lead reconciliation processes and ensure daily and monthly stock matching execution, addressing structural discrepancies.
* Serve as the technical reference for the area, supporting leadership, disseminating best practices, and mentoring less experienced analysts.

* Maintain knowledge and comply with Sanofi’s Ethics and Integrity principles, policies, and codes of conduct governing the pharmaceutical industry.
* Comply with and promote Sanofi’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, aiming to prevent accidents, avoid health risks, promote employee well-being, and reduce environmental impacts arising from work activities.

**About You**
* Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, and/or Logistics, with hands-on exposure to inbound and inventory management.
* Solid SAP knowledge and ability to extract and critically analyze management reports.
* Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, with systemic vision and results orientation.
* Third-party management capability (Logistics Providers and BPOs), focused on performance and SLAs.
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Intermediate English (desirable).
