Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. \#CareerThatConnects \#PassionForCaring \#IAmRedeAméricas **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development of clinical, operational, and management research projects aligned with institutional priorities * Provide methodological support (study design, protocol development, data analysis and interpretation) * Conduct literature searches, critical analysis, and synthesis of scientific evidence in specialized databases * Support scientific writing and submission of articles to journals and conferences * Contribute to the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) programs * Organize and lead study groups and scientific production initiatives * Support the development of indicators and impact evaluation of research and innovation projects * Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and propose solutions jointly with relevant departments * Support the evaluation and implementation of new health technologies * Engage with startups, innovation hubs, and strategic partners * Contribute to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and best practices across the network * Support initiatives related to intellectual property and health innovation **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in a health-related field; * Master’s degree in progress or completed; * Minimum of 2 years of experience; * Experience in producing scientific work (articles, research projects, literature reviews); * Experience in hospital or academic settings; * Preferred experience in applied research related to healthcare delivery or health management.
