We work so that people can smile more and better, without fear of being happy! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be fully responsible for managing the company's costs, including industrial and conversion costs. * Lead monthly cost closing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to deadlines; * Act as a bridge between the Controller's Office and the Factory, ensuring alignment between operational and financial data; * Analyze cost variances (actual vs. standard, actual vs. budget) and explain deviations to industrial and executive management; * Maintain and enhance standard costs, routing/technical bill structures, and allocation/absorption criteria; * Actively participate in economic feasibility projects, such as new products, industrial investments, mix changes, and operational efficiency improvements; * Support strategic decision-making through financial analyses and cost scenarios; * Develop and monitor cost, productivity, and efficiency performance indicators; * Serve as the technical reference on costing for the Controller's Office and partner departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; * Solid experience in industrial costing within medium- or large-sized companies is required; * Proven experience in monthly closing, operational interface, and leadership presentations; * Experience participating in strategic or continuous improvement projects related to costs, efficiency, or CAPEX; * Strong knowledge of cost accounting (absorption, variable, standard costing); * In-depth understanding of variance and margin analysis; * Proficiency in economic feasibility and investment analysis (NPV, IRR, payback); * Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas); * ERP experience (SAP preferred – costing/CO modules and production integration). **Differentiators:** * Experience with BI / Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controlling, Finance, or Industrial Management; * Certifications or courses in Industrial Costing, Corporate Finance, or SAP CO; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Birth Gift; * Clarear Program: comprehensive health care; * Wellhub (Gympass) * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Childcare Assistance (subject to company policies); * Education Assistance | After 12 months (subject to company policies); *Learn more on our career page via Gupy or on our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transforming Lives Through Smiles**, this is FGM's purpose.
