This position is highly analytical and strategic, transforming agronomic data into reliable information to support technical decisions and product development. Key responsibilities include: Organizing, standardizing, and processing agronomic databases derived from external trials. Conducting statistical analyses using statistical software and modeling tools. Consolidating results and generating technical reports, comparative dashboards, and structured presentations. Interpreting agronomic indicators related to sugarcane, soil fertility, plant nutrition, and plant physiology. Ensuring data quality, traceability, and integrity of received data. Supporting internal technical discussions with evidence-based insights and statistical results. Developing standardized methodologies for data organization and analysis in trials. Providing technical information to support product evolution and agronomic strategies. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. Experience in agricultural research, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results, with focus on sugarcane. Proficiency in statistical tools (Sisvar, AgroEstat). Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency for developing technical materials.
