Prepare operations for growth and scalability. **Job Mission** Ensure achievement of the **factory's minimum production target**, guaranteeing operational efficiency, quality, regulatory compliance, and team development. **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead, develop, and engage operational and technical teams**, focusing on performance, capability building, and a results-oriented culture. * Coordinate all production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Manage supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and product traceability. * Implement and monitor **operational KPIs** and continuous improvement plans. * Manage operational budget, costs, and financial efficiency. * Conduct audits, inspections, and non-conformance management. * Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and R\&D departments. * Prepare operations for growth and scalability, focusing on processes, technology, and automation. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Operations Management, Industrial Management, Quality, Supply Chain, or related fields is considered an advantage. * Formal knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations. * Knowledge of ANVISA and Sanitary Surveillance regulations. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 4:30 PM. * On-site: Botafogo, RJ. **Competitive market-based salary.** Minimum Educational Requirement: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA Desired Education: Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Bachelor's Degree.
