




Description: * High school diploma (preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in related fields such as Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, Communication, or similar); * Basic computer literacy; * Clear and empathetic communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables; Desirable qualifications: * Courses or certifications in market research, data collection and analysis; * Experience with digital research tools; * Knowledge of structured and semi-structured interview methodologies. * Conduct interviews via phone from the company’s headquarters and, when necessary, conduct in-person field interviews, ensuring excellence in communication and adherence to the company’s defined approach standards. * Collect and record data accurately and within established deadlines; * Ensure all interactions with participants comply with the 100% Cidades Code of Conduct guidelines; * Uphold the company’s image during field activities; * Follow prescribed research protocols and methodologies; * Report information and results clearly and systematically to coordination; * Collaborate with the team to improve processes and approaches.
