Quality monitoring and information recording Mission Support the Pharmaceutical Supply Manager in inventory control, material organization, and process monitoring, emphasizing learning and development of skills related to pharmaceutical supply and input management. Main Responsibilities 1\. Inventory Control Support: Monitor inventory position control, assisting in checking expiration dates and product organization. 2\. Material Verification: Assist in verifying received materials (raw materials and packaging), comparing purchase orders against invoices. 3\. Product Storage: Help organize materials in the warehouse according to safety standards, protecting products from moisture, heat, and other risk factors. 4\. Controlled Products Control Support: Assist the manager in verifying and storing controlled products per Ordinance 344. 5\. Quality Monitoring: Support environmental and refrigerator temperature and humidity checks to ensure appropriate conditions for inputs. 6\. Warehouse Organization: Help maintain organized and clean shelves and warehouse under supervision. 7\. Information Recording: Assist in recording material receipts and issuances, inventory control, and weekly reconciliations. 8\. Product Picking Support: Assist in picking products for shipment to laboratories, ensuring readiness for use. Must be enrolled in a Pharmacy undergraduate program starting from the 3rd year.
