Analytical perspective applied to the credit and collections market **Internship Position – Research and Data Intelligence (Collections)** **Location:** Vila Aricanduva – East Zone (near Penha Metro Station) **Schedule:** Part-time (morning shift) – from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Work Model:** On-site About the Position We are seeking a higher education intern to join our team at a collections advisory firm. The intern will support the collections area by conducting research, analyzing and updating customer information, directly contributing to contact strategies and credit recovery initiatives. Main Responsibilities * Conduct customer research on digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) * Update and organize registration data in internal systems * Support the qualification of information for the collections team * Assist in developing customer contact strategies * Support administrative tasks within the department Requirements Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies, starting from the first semesters, in one of the following fields: * Administration * Financial Management * Economics * Marketing * Business Processes * Public Relations * Or related fields (Other majors may be considered if the candidate demonstrates interest in administrative/analytical roles.)
