Conducting pH, melting point, viscosity, and density tests Job Mission Perform quality control of raw\-materials and finished products, ensuring all products meet the company's established standards. Main Responsibilities • Wear appropriate protective equipment and record laboratory temperatures. • Verify scales and clean workbenches, fume hoods, and desiccators. • Count capsules and calculate average weight. • Inspect packaging and semi\-finished products. • Record physical appearance of creams and lotions. • Fill sachets and label products. • Review records completed by other staff members. • Conduct pH, melting point, viscosity, and density tests on raw materials. • Receive materials in the absence of the warehouse clerk. • Research and enter raw material specifications. • Assist the pharmacist in completing records.
