Job Summary: A chargeback and risk professional responsible for analyzing defenses, monitoring metrics, developing policies, and delivering technical training to the team. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of chargebacks and dispute processes (Visa/Mastercard); * Familiarity with acquirers, gateways, and anti-fraud systems; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and data analysis skills; * Basic knowledge of PCI DSS and LGPD is desirable; * Strong attention to detail and critical thinking; * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines; * Clear and collaborative communication; * Technical leadership and mentoring posture; * Ethics and confidentiality in data handling; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in chargeback, risk, anti-fraud, or auditing; * Experience with card networks and acquirers is a significant advantage. * Analyze and prepare chargeback defenses across various channels (credit cards, payment agreements, delivery apps, and Farmácia Popular); * Ensure the quality of submitted evidence in accordance with card network rules; * Monitor reversal, loss, and fraud rate metrics; * Support the development of defense policies and procedures; * Collaborate with the risk analyst to identify internal fraud patterns and external trends; * Contribute to the team’s technical upskilling and standardization of routines; * Support the implementation of PCI DSS certification within processes under their responsibility. 2511280202191891062
