Your Challenge As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the company’s financial operations, guaranteeing the reliability of information, adherence to deadlines, and support for leadership decision-making. Beyond daily operational tasks, we expect proactive contributions toward process improvement, automation of controls, and strengthening financial governance. Main Responsibilities### **Accounts Payable** * Verify, validate, and schedule payments; * Execute payments via ERP and Internet Banking; * Monitor supplier due dates, taxes, financing obligations, and other liabilities; * Manage advances and recurring expenses; * Ensure compliance with approval policies. ### **Accounts Receivable** * Manage customer portfolio; * Monitor delinquency; * Issue invoices and collection notices; * Perform financial reconciliations; * Track receipts via PIX, TED, credit cards, and bank slips. ### **Treasury and Cash Flow** * Perform daily bank reconciliations; * Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements; * Forecast cash requirements; * Monitor financial investments; * Control bank balances, working capital, and credit limits. ### **Financial Controls** * Prepare management reports; * Update financial dashboards; * Monitor liquidity, payment, collection, and delinquency metrics; * Support profitability and budget analyses. ### **Financial Closing** * Execute monthly financial closing; * Validate bank transactions; * Review financial provisions; * Provide data to Accounting; * Support internal and external audits. ### **Continuous Improvement** * Propose improvements to financial processes; * Automate controls using Excel and ERP; * Support finance department projects; * Share knowledge with the team as needed. What We Expect From You### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. ### **Experience** * Solid experience in financial operations; * Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and cash flow management; * Experience with financial closing; * Relationship management with banking institutions. ### **Technical Skills** * Advanced Excel; * Financial ERP; * Bank reconciliation; * Cash flow management; * Financial KPIs; * Financial mathematics. **Nice-to-have:** * Power BI; * Process automation; * Knowledge of BI and dashboards.
