




Job Summary: Responsible for greeting clients and colleagues, managing appointments and meetings, organizing office spaces, and assisting with tax compliance verification and team-related tasks. Efficient and organized handling of team requests Greet clients and colleagues at our accounting office. Monitor scheduling requests, meetings, and walk-in visits. Organize and maintain meeting rooms and client service areas. Prepare materials for executive meetings and verify the tax status of companies. Coordinate team requests and ensure timely and effective service delivery. Working hours: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Weekend shifts are possible (Saturdays are compensated as overtime).
