As an Intern, you will join a team fully dedicated to delivering results — come be \#TeamGreenish. **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or related fields such as Business Administration or Management Processes. * Advanced Excel (Mandatory): Proficiency in complex functions, pivot tables, data processing (Power Query), and dashboard creation. * Data Analysis and BI: Basic knowledge or strong interest in Power BI (report reading and updating). * Process and Workflow Management: Familiarity with demand management tools (Pipefy knowledge preferred). * Audit Fundamentals: Understanding of internal controls, compliance, and quality processes. **Responsibilities:** * Data Analysis and Classification: Categorize Quality department Pipefy cards, identifying recurring production-floor failure patterns to support decision-making. * KPI Monitoring: Analyze and update managerial reports in Power BI, ensuring data integrity for management use. * Field Audit Support: Assist in physical inventories and operational audits across Finance, Industrial, Quality, and Retail departments. * Process Follow-up: Track implementation and execution of improvements and process changes initiated by the Internal Audit department. * Administrative Support: Collaborate in developing action plans aimed at risk mitigation and internal process optimization. The intern will gain a 360-degree view of the company, working from the factory floor (Industrial) to the front line (Retail) — a significant advantage for Production Engineering students and those in related fields.
