Description
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up;
* Conduct onboarding of new employees;
* Assist in managing admission and resignation documentation;
* Organize physical and digital employee files;
* Support electronic time tracking, hour bank, and benefits administration;
* Provide support in payroll processing in coordination with accounting or HR department;
* Assist in monitoring vacations, leaves of absence, and occupational health examinations;
* Support training and development initiatives;
* Attend to employees to clarify HR-related questions;
* Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and departmental metrics;
* Ensure confidentiality and organization of departmental information;
* Support internal organizational climate and internal communication initiatives;
* Comply with internal procedures and company policies.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related fields is desirable (currently pursuing);
* Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organized, responsible, and discreet;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month
