We are currently seeking a professional to join our **HR Payroll Department**, contributing strategically to administrative and operational routines.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Experience in the HR Payroll area;
* Knowledge of payroll processing, electronic timekeeping systems, vacation management, employee onboarding, contract terminations, and benefits administration;
* Proficiency with the **Senior** system;
* Knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial routines;
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
* Analytical mindset, highly organized, and detail-oriented;
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor;
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks;
* Aptitude for supporting employees and managers.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Experience in industrial environments;
* Experience managing large employee populations;
* Familiarity with HR Payroll KPIs and controls;
* Experience with labor audits and inspections.
