HR Payroll Analyst

Job opening for an HR Payroll Analyst in Goiânia. The professional will be responsible for managing hiring and termination processes, supporting payroll closing, tracking attendance and benefits, and ensuring accurate submission of ancillary obligations. We seek a candidate with prior experience in HR Payroll, knowledge of labor legislation, and strong attention to detail—someone who works in an organized, confidential manner and meets deadlines reliably. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage hiring and termination processes, ensuring document verification and regulatory compliance * Generate and approve employment termination settlements in accordance with applicable legislation * Monitor and adjust attendance records, calculating overtime, absences, and inconsistencies * Support and verify payroll processing * Calculate vacation pay, 13th salary, and labor-related charges * Administer employee benefits (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.) * Organize and maintain physical and digital employee files * Provide employee support to address inquiries and clarify doubts * Assist in submitting ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF) * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and participate in audits ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in HR Payroll * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation * Experience with payroll processing and labor charges * Familiarity with payroll systems and eSocial * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organized and detail-oriented * Discreet and confidential * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility * Good communication skills and employee service orientation * Ability to meet deadlines * Analytical thinking * Teamwork Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
