For this position, we seek a professional focused on **performance** and **agility**, responsible for managing the legal operations related to judicial and extrajudicial unblocking of vehicle restrictions, ensuring legal security and expediency in asset sales.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Focused activity in managing the legal operations for judicial and extrajudicial unblocking of vehicle restrictions, release of seized assets for sale, and accountability reporting.
In performing this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings related to fund blocking and unblocking;
* Monitoring and reviewing petitions, submissions, and urgent measures with emphasis on agility and technical grounding;
* Tracking critical deadlines and ensuring accurate data entry into legal and operational systems;
* Direct negotiation with attorneys, parties, and institutions involved in blocking orders;
* Providing technical guidance to the team on legal strategies aimed at releasing funds;
* Generating managerial and performance reports for executive oversight;
* Collaborating with internal departments—including Finance, Controller, and Accounting—for documentary and technical support;
* Locating assets or individuals to ensure continuity of legal proceedings.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Completed Law degree (Postgraduate specialization in Civil or Administrative Procedural Law is an advantage);
* Proficiency in blocking systems (Renajud and regulatory agencies);
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and legal management systems;

* Excellent organizational skills for managing critical deadlines;
* Proficiency in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
