Handling summonses, notifications, and tax audits Specialized Human Resources Management Consulting seeks a Tax Analyst professional in Nova Iguaçu (Center). **Responsibilities:** Monthly calculation of ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, ISS, IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, and CPP. Filing of ancillary obligations: SPED Fiscal (EFD-ICMS/IPI), SPED Contributions (EFD-PIS/COFINS), EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, eSocial, DEFIS, PGDAS, DIRF (where applicable), ECF, and ECD (support). Tax classification and verification of tax regimes: CNAE, Simples Nacional annex, service taxation, substitute taxation, withholdings, and tax exemptions. Issuance of payment slips and reconciliation of amounts with systems and portals (State Tax Authority, Simples Nacional, Federal Revenue Service, etc.). Handling municipal, state, and federal summonses, notifications, and tax audits. Tax deadline monitoring and compliance with the tax calendar.
