Participate in the company's tax planning An industrial design company is seeking a Fiscal Analyst in Itajaí (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Monitor calculation of taxes due on production and shipment of industrialized products, observing specific tax rates for each product type and credit rules. Perform fiscal bookkeeping and oversee submission of ancillary obligations handled by external accounting. Verify and ensure fiscal books are up-to-date and compliant with legislation. Stay updated on frequent changes in federal, state, and municipal tax legislation, interpreting and applying new regulations to the industrial context. Participate in the company's tax planning, seeking lawful methods to optimize the tax burden, leveraging tax incentives and special regimes applicable to the industrial sector (e.g., Lei do Bem, regional benefits, etc.). Provide internal consulting to other company departments on tax matters—such as procurement, sales, production, and logistics—to ensure optimal interpretation and application of legislation. Prepare the company for potential audits by gathering requested documents and information from tax authorities and overseeing the audit process. Previous experience as a Tax Analyst, Fiscal Compliance Analyst, Tax Analyst, or Fiscal Legislation Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
